    Each package includes high-quality booth setups with studio-grade equipment, themed props, and on-site professional attendants.     3. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE BOOTH OR MY EVENT THEME?

    Absolutely! We offer customizable backdrops, photo templates, and even branded overlays to match your event’s theme or corporate branding. Let us know your vision during the booking process.

    4. DO YOU PROVIDE ATTENDANTS DURING THE EVENT?

    Yes! All our services include professional on-site attendants to ensure smooth operation, assist guests, and address any technical needs.

    5. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY?

    We understand that plans can change. While bookings are non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule your event with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Contact us to discuss your situation.

    6. IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

    Yes, your privacy is our priority. Any information you provide during booking will only be used for delivering the purchased service. We do not sell or share your personal details with third parties.

    7. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and exact cash for in-person purchases. Note: All payments must be completed online to confirm your booking, with a 50% deposit.

    Getting started is simple! Begin by completing our inquiry form on the 'Experiences' or 'Packages' page. Share your event details, preferences, and any special requests. Once we receive your form, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your event and help you choose the best experience or package for your needs. After the consultation, we’ll send you a detailed proposal and booking agreement. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
